CIVITTA is looking for an Associate Partner/Partner of EU Funding to open our operations in the Czech republic and help us build EU funding business in the country! With this role, you will become a foundational member of our team, who will generate and own project sales opportunities and manage projects to create a long-lasting impact for the clients.

We are looking for an agile, entrepreneurial mindset who is comfortable embracing the change, looks for ways to challenge the existing market, and is a true team player who can build and coach the team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to jump on the adventure of building and growing a leading management consultancy originating from Central Eastern Europe.

You will:

  • Build company operations in Czech republic from scratch;
  • Build and grow the EU funding business by crafting a pipeline of projects and developing and executing sales strategy;
  • Create long-lasting client relationship; 
  • Develop and manage projects and proposals for EU-funded programs including advisory services of EU structural funds / international EU programmes funding attraction (Horizon Europe, EIC accelerator, etc), preparation of project proposals and assistance in project implementation;
  • Grow and manage a team of motivated and high performing professionals – hire, mentor and create the environment of continuous learning and development for them.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience working in EU funding;
  • Ability to build a strong sales pipeline;
  • Leadership potential to build and develop a collaborative and high-performing team;
  • A self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects and complex processes autonomously;
  • Desire to bring impact to your clients through fact-based recommendations and high quality advisory;
  • Fluent level of both written & spoken English and Czech language.
