You will:

  • Cooperate and coordinate activities with the project manager and/or team lead;
  • Perform desk research and analyze quantitative and qualitative data;
  • Work with statistical databases in MS Excel;
  • Draft reports and presentations on different public policy national- and local-level topics;
  • Draft and maintain projects-specific documents, including translation, printing, proofreading and/or formatting of documents; recording and transcription of meeting minutes; drafting simple correspondence messages;
  • Offer assistance in organizing all types of events that are planned in the projects, including logistical support and administrative organization and marketing;
  • Carry out, depending on projects specific, field trips and other trips necessary to implement the projects;
  • Contribute to the development of project proposals and finding new clients;
  • Carry out other tasks that are essential for the qualitative implementation of projects.

Requirements:

  • You are a top-performing recent graduate in Business Management, Economics, Public Administration, Finance or a related subject;
  • You have good command in MS Excel / Word / PowerPoint;
  • You have excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
  • Accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Integrity and willingness to accept responsibility;
  • Self organization and punctuality;
  • English level B2 or higher;
  • Romanian language at native level.
