You will be working on a variety of challenging projects in Georgia and abroad, solving complex problems that shape the future and create a long-lasting societal impact. CIVITTA is growing fast. We are looking for an agile self-motivated mindset who is comfortable embracing the change and is a true team player. We create collaborative low-hierarchical culture and encourage personal development.

You will:

Create societal impact through qualitative studies, sectoral or public policy strategy, policy recommendations, analysis of stakeholders and best foreign practices, etc;
Perform desk research, conduct interviews, analyze data;
Participate in problem-solving sessions (both internal and external), suggest and justify problem-solving methods and solutions;
Synthesize your findings into reports.

Requirements:

You are a top performing recent graduate or final year student in Business Management, Economics, Politics, Environmental Studies, IT or a related subject;
You have advanced English, both spoken and written;
You have developed excellent interpersonal skills, and a desire to challenge yourself every day;
You have a self-starter mentality with the ability to work under pressure and solve complex problems autonomously.
