You will:

Create valid methodologies for analysis and effectively lead teams in discussions, brainstorming sessions, share ideas and guide analysis;
Lead the discussions with clients and challenge them to create high quality results for their business;
Define project objectives, proactively manage resources, finances and time, delegate projects tasks to the team;
Coach junior team members, share experience and create learning opportunities for them within projects.

Requirements:

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Politics, Finance or a related subject and 3-4 years working experience, including experience managing teams and projects;
You have developed advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills;

You have fluent level of Polish language;

The final monthly salary for this position ranges from 14.500 PLN gross/month to 17.500 PLN gross/month and depends on your previous experience and assessment during interviews!
