Civitta Lithuania is looking for a Researcher to unlock the power of consumer insights and empower businesses to make informed decisions.

You will:

  • Participate in designing and implementing quantitative and qualitative research to develop a deep understanding of users’ behavior’s and identify business opportunities
  • Execute research projects by using appropriate methodologies and tools
  • Monitor and report the key performance metrics and develop insights to support business decisions
  • Present synthesized insights and make actionable recommendations to clients

Requirements:

  • Substantial knowledge in quantitative and qualitative research methodology
  • A comprehensive understanding of all technical aspects of research (experience in the Market Research industry would be an advantage)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret significant amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Working command of English and Lithuanian (verbal and written)
  • Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and SPSS/SAS (experience in statistical modeling and analysis would be an advantage)
  • Ambition to grow and develop in analytics, market research and management consulting field

The final monthly salary for this position ranges from EUR 2000 to 2600 gross and depends on your previous experience and assessment during interviews!
