In market research team we translate business challenges into insightful questions, empowering data-driven solutions. We use different research approaches to best address our client’s questions, including interviews, discussions, and surveys to both gain an in-depth understanding and identify consumer trends. You would be joining our Private sector advisory team, where you will be able to meaningfully contribute to changes for the local and international industry leaders while working with both local and international teams.

CIVITTA – Question the Answer

You will:

Participate in designing and implementing quantitative and qualitative research to develop a deep understanding of users’ behavior’s and identify business opportunities
Execute research projects by using appropriate methodologies and tools
Monitor and report the key performance metrics and develop insights to support business decisions
Present synthesized insights and make actionable recommendations to clients

Requirements:

Substantial knowledge in quantitative and qualitative research methodology
A comprehensive understanding of all technical aspects of research (experience in the Market Research industry would be an advantage)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret significant amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy
Working command of English and Lithuanian (verbal and written)
Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and SPSS/SAS (experience in statistical modeling and analysis would be an advantage)
Ambition to grow and develop in analytics, market research and management consulting field

The final monthly salary for this position ranges from EUR 2000 to 2600 gross and depends on your previous experience and assessment during interviews!
