You would have the opportunity to join our Public sector team, where you may get hands-on experience on a broad set of exciting projects, ranging anywhere from change management for government organizations and state-owned enterprises, to developing city development strategies or sustainability plans, creating national policies and managing their implementation, working with international teams from others Civitta offices in international projects.

You will:

  • Work with and coach junior colleagues;
  • Learn fast and drive the preparation of project results;
  • Perform desk research, conduct interviews, analyze data;
  • Participate in problem-solving sessions (both internal and external), suggest and justify problem-solving methods and solutions;
  • Synthesize your findings into reports and present them with confidence to the client and team;
  • Work efficiently in semi-structured environments.


  • Bachelor in business management, political science, economics, or a related subject;
  • 2+ years of working experience;
  • Good MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word knowledge;
  • Detail-oriented mindset;
  • Interested in public sector development and public policy;
  • Both good spoken and written English language.
