You will:

  • Prepare project proposals and help manage consulting projects within the public sector, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Analyze and evaluate public sector programs and policies to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Conduct thorough research and data analysis to support evidence-based recommendations and decision-making.
  • Design strategic plans, policy documents, and operational frameworks that align with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, regulatory bodies, and partner organizations.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings to drive project objectives and foster collaborative working environments.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports, proposals, and presentations that communicate complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, financial status, and achievement of outcomes, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet changing needs and priorities.
  • Contribute to business development activities, including proposal writing and the cultivation of new client relationships.

Requirements:

  • A Master’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Economics, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in project management, change management, or related areas is an advantage.
  • Multilingual capabilities, with proficiency in English and Albanian.
  • Published work or thought leadership in areas relevant to public sector consulting.
  • 4 years of professional experience in the public sector, consulting, or related field with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
  • In-depth understanding of public sector governance, policy development, and project management.
  • Proficiency in the use of data analysis software and standard project management tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet project demands.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the confidence to engage effectively with all levels of leadership and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
