Challenge yourself and join our team at CIVITTA as a Senior Management Consultant for Private Sector Advisory.
This position is ideal for someone who already has some relevant experience from consulting, investment banking or business development and is looking for a faster career track and more responsibility than in a traditional consultancy. As a part of CIVITTA Poland, you will be a core member of our office, working in a young and dynamic team. You will work on diverse development projects helping our clients solve their most critical business problems.

You will:

  • Perform desk research, conduct interviews, analyse data;
  • Analyse our client’s business needs and design models to determine company growth opportunities and pricing strategies;
  • Participate in problem-solving sessions (both internal and external), suggest and justify problem-solving methods and solutions;
  • Synthesise your findings into reports;
  • Lead teams in delivery of selected project stages or small scale projects.

Requirements:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Politics, Finance or a related subject;
  • You have 2-3 years of working experience;
  • You have developed advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills;

  • You feel comfortable with English as your main working language, both verbal and written;
  • You have fluent level of Polish language;
