Challenge yourself and join our team at CIVITTA as an Intern in the recruitment team.
We are looking for an intern who will join our recruitment team for 3 months on a full time basis during this summer.
This position is open in North Macedonia, Moldova and Serbia.

You will:

  • Participate in international hiring activities (sourcing and screenings of candidates);
  • Support recruitment marketing and university relationships activities;
  • Manage administrative tasks in the recruitment team.

Requirements:

  • University student of business administration, communications, human resources, psychology or any other relevant field;
  • English language at B2 level is mandatory;
  • Ability to work in a remote team;
  • Good organisational, communication and detail-oriented skills;
  • Ability to work 30-40 hours/week for 3 months during this summer.
