Our sustainability team is helping companies and organisations in CEE to move towards more sustainable business. We are data-driven in our approach, combining sustainability with our business consulting expertise to help clients achieve practical and impactful solutions.
You will be responsible for delivering sustainability projects in collaboration with team lead and clients, solving methodological puzzles to make complex topics understandable. We look forward to you helping us grow as a company to a new level, and our values will be your values too – explorative, transparent, uplifting and diverse.
This position is open in Krakow and Warsaw.

You will:

  • Participate in sustainability consulting projects for private and public sector organizations, according to your own competencies and interest areas;
  • Create valid methodologies for analysis and effectively lead teams in discussions, brainstorming sessions, share ideas and guide analysis;
  • Define project objectives, proactively manage resources, finances and time, delegate projects tasks to the team;
  • Lead discussions with clients and challenge them to create high quality results for their business;
  • Coach junior team members, share experience and create learning opportunities for them within projects;
  • Support business development by contributing to sales proposals and outreach.

Requirements:

  • You have 3-5 years of working experience in environmental sustainability, including experience managing teams and projects;
  • You have experience in some of the following areas: Carbon footprint analysis, Life Cycle Analysis (LCA), ESG Strategy, EU regulatory framework for sustainability, Sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g. GRI, SASB, TCFD), Circular economy, Green innovation, Sustainable business models, and Green product and service design.
  • A relevant university degree is an advantage;
  • You are analytical and have good modelling skills;
  • You have developed advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills;
  • You feel comfortable with both Polish and English as your main working languages, both verbal and written.
