He has led numerous projects for ministries, local and regional authorities, and international donors such as USAID, EuropeAid, DFID, the World Bank, UNDP, and UNEP.
Dusan Kulka, with over 30 years of expertise in public policymaking in transitional countries, has focused on local economic development, trade and investment promotion, and reforming local self-government systems. As a Senior Consultant and Managing Partner at Berman Group, Dusan has been instrumental in advancing Euro-Atlantic integration and fostering inter-municipal cooperation.
