HackTech’s technology and digital solutions team (part of Civitta group since September) partnered with Franchise Ramp to design an internal automation platform tailored to the agency’s ecosystem. The solution integrated multiple workstreams, focusing on automation, AI-driven insights, and workflow efficiency.
Next, AI-powered reporting was introduced using GPT-5, generating detailed campaign performance summaries automatically. This drastically reduced manual reporting time and provided actionable insights for franchisees to make timely marketing decisions.
The first component involved automated ad management through direct integration with Facebook’s Marketing API. This enabled centralized creation, tracking, and real-time optimization of campaigns across all locations, eliminating repetitive manual tasks.
Data centralization was achieved through Airtable API integration, consolidating campaign and lead data into a structured, accessible system. The platform also automated lead engagement workflows, shortening response times and increasing the likelihood of converting prospects into paying members.
Throughout the project, the team worked closely with Franchise Ramp’s marketing team to ensure that automation did not compromise control or visibility, while allowing the team to focus on strategy and growth rather than operational overhead.
