Banzai
Banzai is a SaaS MarTech company that provides data-driven event and engagement marketing solutions for B2B marketers. Their platform supports both in-person and virtual events (Demio), combining audience acquisition, webinar capabilities, and engagement tools. To help marketers connect meaningfully with their audiences, Banzai offers a suite of products that drive registrations, boost attendance, and elevate engagement across event lifecycles.
As the landscape of online engagement evolved, managing event marketing, promotion, and attendee interactions across multiple platforms had become increasingly complex. Banzai identified an opportunity to simplify these processes through innovative product development that would help marketers drive registrations, engagement, and measurable outcomes at scale.
Despite Banzai’s strong position in the event marketing ecosystem, the company recognized that event professionals were still struggling with fragmented tools and time-consuming workflows. Event promotion required multiple disconnected platforms, while registration management and engagement tracking lacked real-time integration. The need for a unified, data-driven system that streamlined every stage of event marketing became essential for both operational efficiency and competitive advantage.
HackTech, (part of Civitta group since September, 2025) partnered with Banzai to lead the end-to-end development of three complementary products: Reach, Boost, and Showcase – each designed to address specific challenges within the event marketing journey. Together, these solutions aimed to automate workflows, enhance user engagement, and provide marketers with the flexibility and control they needed to execute high-performing campaigns.
The collaboration began with an in-depth discovery phase, aligning Banzai’s product vision with user pain points and long-term scalability goals. System Thinking was on the first plate for our engineering and product teams while working, enabling rapid prototyping and continuous feedback loops with Banzai’s internal stakeholders.
The design and technical architecture emphasized modularity, seamless integration, and a frictionless user experience- key principles that would allow these products to coexist as part of a unified ecosystem.
Each solution was built with scalability in mind, using robust engineering frameworks that allowed for flexible deployment and easy integration with existing marketing systems. The partnership between Banzai and Hacktech emphasized iterative innovation ensuring that new capabilities could be introduced without disrupting ongoing operations or existing customer experiences.
The rollout of Reach, Boost, and Showcase transformed how marketers managed virtual events. By consolidating critical tools into an integrated ecosystem, Banzai’s clients experienced greater efficiency, reduced operational overhead, and measurable growth in event participation and engagement metrics. The product’s modular design allowed Banzai to expand its market reach.
It also enabled the company to introduce new functionality faster than ever before, positioning it as a front-runner in the virtual event technology space. Beyond the technical achievements, this collaboration set a foundation for continuous innovation. The new suite of products enabled Banzai to evolve from a service provider into a full-scale event marketing platform, helping marketers deliver more impactful, data-driven virtual experiences with ease.
