Elīza Bērziņa
Manager
Elīza is a PRINCE2 certified Manager with a Master’s degree from Oxford university. Her fields of expertise are EU funding (including funding scans according to client’s objectives, funding proposal development, project implementation management, project audits etc.), risk management and digitalization. Elīza has more than three years of experience in management consulting. She has worked with clients in the public, private and financial sectors, as well as higher education and research organizations. Before her career in management consulting, she was at the Latvian Ministry of Economics, where she developed legislation for national level EU funding program implementation.
