Rosen, a serial entrepreneur and business angel, has experience in innovation policy with the EU and World Bank, as well as project management in the consulting sector. He is an associate professor and holds a PhD degree. Rosen is passionate about teaching the diverse subject of innovation at the University of Pannonia in Hungary. Additionally, he shares his knowledge through the US-based Euphrates Institute and the Norway-based International Society for Professional Innovation Management. As an officially appointed Envoy, Rosen is a passionate promoter of Estonia as an e-resident.
