Salvis is an EU funding expert: His multitude of successful grant applications for Civitta clients are the result of years of experience at the Latvian EU funding Managing Authority. Salvis is passionate about industry verticals related to green economy, energy efficiency and digitalization. He also serves as Country Manager for Civitta Latvia.
