In this position, you will play a key role in generating project opportunities, and managing projects to create a long-lasting societal impact through the work with private sector clients.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to jump on the adventure of building and growing a leading management consultancy originating from Central Eastern Europe.

You will:

  • Lead management consulting projects and provide fact-based recommendations to clients;
  • Build and maintain long lasting client relationships;
  • Coach team members, share experience and create learning opportunities for them within projects;
  • Simultaneously lead several teams of consultants in project delivery and client relationship management;
  • Build new management consulting service lines within Civitta;
  • Actively participate in company management and development both locally and internationally.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience working with business analytics, strategy, business management etc.;
  • Professional level of Polish and English language;
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in team management;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to contribute to development of the company;
  • Ability to build a strong sales pipeline;
  • You strive to bring impact to your clients through fact-based recommendations and high quality advisory.

The monthly salary for this position starts at 20,087 EUR gross/month and depends on your previous experience and assessment during the recruitment process.
