Take the step towards your journey with us and join us as a Consultant for Innovation Advisory in Lithuania.

You will:

  • Support the preparation of reports, studies on the startup ecosystem, and tenders;
  • Support innovation ecosystem players in their development through organising /coordinating ecosystem projects: accelerators, hackathons, etc.;
  • Help startups develop their ideas and solutions, attract funding and reach out to investors;
  • Network and build relationships with various ecosystem players;
  • Scout startups and individuals with innovative ideas to participate in different programs and events;
  • Support in designing content and programs for startup ecosystem projects;
  • Build innovation ecosystems through consulting projects locally and globally;
  • Implement international donor-funded projects related to building the innovation and entrepreneurial ecosystem in Lithuania and Europe, as well as support grant funding project implementation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field;
  • You feel comfortable with English as your working language, both verbal and written (C1);
  • Fluency in Lithuanian, both verbal and written;
  • Availability to come to the office at least 3 days a week;
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills;
  • Curiosity and genuine interest in innovation topics;
  • High attention to detail, efficiency, diligence, and responsibility;
  • Experience working with local or international grant/tender applications or project implementation would be an advantage.
