Take the step towards your journey with us and join us as a Consultant or Senior Consultant for Public Digital Advisory in Estonia.
We’re looking for a consultant / an analyst with a strong IT sense to join our Public Sector Digital Advisory team. You’ll be working on projects that shape how public sector digital infrastructure works — from EU-funded reform initiatives in Estonia to digitalisation programmes across Europe and beyond. The work involves mapping IT ecosystems, analysing data flows between systems, identifying where things break down, and helping design better solutions — often in collaboration with international teams and experts. This is hands-on analytical work. You’ll be reading technical documentation, interviewing system owners, making sense of how dozens of information systems connect (or don’t), and turning that into clear, actionable deliverables for stakeholders.
