Our client, the EU Authority for Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AMLA), aims to transform the anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism AML/CFT supervision across the EU and enhance cooperation among Financial Intelligence Units (FIUs).
The Authority is located in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Civitta in cooperation with Synergie Personal Deutschland GmbH is providing temporary staffing services to the agency.

Digital Communications Specialist

As a Digital Communications Specialist at AMLA, you will support the Communications team with digital communications, media monitoring and analysis, and visual design. You will contribute to building AMLA’s public presence and internal communications infrastructure in a dynamic and multicultural EU institution.

You will

    • Plan, draft, publish, and manage content across corporate social media accounts
    • Develop visual supporting materials for external communications
    • Carry out website updates and upgrades, and expand the intranet
    • Write and edit content for the web and intranet
    • Conduct media monitoring and analysis

Requirements

    • University degree of at least 3 years of study (preferred: communications, media studies, journalism, computer science, or design)

    • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience related to the tasks

    • Proficiency in HTML and UX design

    • Experience in graphic/visual design

    • Experience with media monitoring or processing and synthesising large volumes of information

    • Excellent written communication skills in English, with the ability to produce clear and concise texts for different audiences and channels

    • Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing priorities

    • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to gather, analyse and synthesise complex information into accessible communication products

Benefits

    • Full-time temporary role for 6 months, with possible extension based on operational needs
    • Hourly salary: €33.24 (full-time position gross monthly salary approx. €4,819)
