Our client, the EU Authority for Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AMLA), aims to transform the anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism AML/CFT supervision across the EU and enhance cooperation among Financial Intelligence Units (FIUs).
The Authority is located in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Civitta in cooperation with SYNERGIE Personal Deutschland GmbH is providing temporary staffing services to the agency.
Executive Assistant
As an Executive Assistant at AMLA, you will provide high-level administrative and coordination support in a dynamic and multicultural environment. You will play a key role in managing complex schedules, preparing executive-level documentation, and ensuring effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

You will

  • Oversee the Executive Board Member’s agenda and inbox
  • Support the preparation of high-level meetings, missions, and events
  • Coordinate internally to prioritise incoming files and liaise with external stakeholders
  • Prepare, proofread and coordinate documents such as reports, presentations, briefing materials, draft letters, correspondence and meeting minutes 
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of Executive Board and Management meetings 
  • Foster and maintain strong working relationships with internal units and external stakeholders
  • Act as back-up within the Personal Assistants team, including management of functional mailboxes

Requirements

  • University degree of at least 3 years of study
  • At least 6 years of relevant professional experience related to the tasks
  • Proven experience managing complex schedules and coordinating high-level meetings
  • Experience preparing and proofreading executive-level documents
  • Experience working in a complex and/or multicultural environment
  • Excellent command of English (B2 level or higher)
  • Advanced knowledge (C1–C2) of German, Dutch or Danish is considered an asset
  • Strong organisational, communication, and teamwork skills

Benefits

  • Hourly salary: €25.97 (based on 145 working hours per month, the gross monthly salary would be €3,766).
