We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Consultant to join our team. This entry-level role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the consulting industry, project implementation, and research. You will:

  • Contribute to analysis and evaluation of economic programs and public policies to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct research and data analysis to support evidence-based recommendations and decision-making.
  • Contribute to designing strategic plans and policy documents that align with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings to drive project objectives and foster collaborative working environments.
  • Prepare and present reports, and presentations that communicate complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Contribute to monitoring and reporting on project progress, and achievement of outcomes, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet changing needs and priorities.
  • Contribute to business development activities, including proposal writing.

Requirements:

  • A university degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the confidence to engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in data analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience in the public/business sector or consulting preferred.
  • Experience in sustainability is an asset.
