You will:

  • Manage a team of motivated and high performing professionals;
  • Work with our clients in attracting public funding to support their innovation potential;
  • Support our clients in project scoping and storytelling;
  • Develop and manage projects and proposals for EU-funded programs including advisory services of EU structural funds / international EU programmes funding attraction (Horizon Europe, EIC accelerator, etc);
  • Support and guide junior colleagues to grow and develop in proposal writing;
  • Build and grow the EU funding business by crafting a pipeline of projects and developing and executing sales strategy.

Requirements:

  • Experience with proposals writing in English language;
  • Experience with European financial instruments (e.g., ESIF, Recovery Plan, Horizon Europe, Digital Europe Program, CEF);
  • Degree or relevant experience in a field such as business, sustainability, or engineering;
  • Fluency in English and Estonian language;
  • Leadership potential to build and develop a collaborative and high-performing team;
  • Ability to build a sales pipeline;
  • Ability to work in the office in Tallinn or Tartu 3 days/week.

The final monthly salary for this position ranges from 3400 EUR gross/month to 4000 EUR gross/month and depends on your previous experience and assessment during the recruitment process.
