You will:

  • Lead day-to-day project execution by leading teams of 2-3 people, proactively managing resources and time, creating valid methodologies for analysis, effectively leading teams in brainstorming sessions, and guiding analysis;
  • Contribute to company development both locally and internationally;
  • Perform desk research, conduct interviews, data analysis and trends;
  • Create impact through analysis and recommendations on organizational development and governance, financial planning and shaping support and development measures, feasibility studies for investment projects and transformations, analysis of stakeholders and best foreign practices, cost-benefit analysis and normative document analysis;
  • Lead problem-solving sessions (both internal and external), suggest and justify problem-solving methods and solutions;
  • Participate in local and international tenders with high-quality proposals to build a portfolio of impactful projects in the public sector;
  • Synthesize findings by leading preparation of the reports.

Requirements:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Politics, Public Finance or a related subject;
  • You have 5+ years of working experience in a public sector organization or with public sector clients;
  • You have developed advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills;

  • You have working proficiency in the English language and you are ready to use it as  your main working language, both verbal and written;
  • You have a proficiency level of the Polish language;
  • You are ready to reach for excellence and produce results that add value to the client and society.

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 15,000 PLN gross to 18,500 PLN gross and depends on your previous experience and assessment during the recruitment process.
