You will:

  • Act as a Go-to person for our employees in Uzbekistan in various admin/financial/HR matters;
  • Be responsible for signing contracts with clients, employees, external individual experts and organizations or vendors (external legal support is possible);
  • Be responsible for operational costs related to general management, financial management, HR (office, joint HR activities and projects, employee engagement events, benefits, etc.);
  • Coordinate banking, managerial finance and accounting, which include but is not limited to: bank payments preparation and approval, budgeting, coordination with local external accounting and primarly accounting, tax reports and payments, salary payouts, customer invoicing and yearly closing procedures;
  • Maintin the IT PARK Residentship status;
  • Ensure efficient HR document flow in the company;
  • Coordinate/assist to central operations/finance departments on such topics as (recruitment, IT support, payroll, finance management);
  • Manage benefits and organise local events;
  • Office management including supplies and suppliers management, correspondence, general office procedures – we are a small team, and no task is too small or too big.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a relevant field – experience in finance, accounting, controlling and other similar areas;
  • Interest in supporting our consultants in project implementation by providing them support in financial reporting;
  • Excellent command of spoken & written English, Uzbek and Russian language;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and make rational decisions;
  • Analytical skills and attention to details;
  • Having an open-minded and friendly attitude;
  • Ability to adjust in a very dynamic, fast-changing business environment and interest to work in an international environment.

The salary for this position ranges from 1300 EUR month to 1700 EUR month (before tax deductions) and depends on your previous experience and assessment during interviews.
