Civitta is growing and moving fast. We are looking for a self-motivated Project Manager with a steadfast approach to deliver the best results to our clients and a passion for creating a learning environment for the team.

You will:

  • Lead day-to-day project execution by leading at least 2 teams of 2-3 people;
  • Proactively manage resources and time, creating valid methodologies for analysis;
  • Effectively lead teams in brainstorming sessions, guide analysis, and lead project proposal preparation procedure as well as create the leads for new opportunities;
  • Contribute to company development both locally and internationally;
  • Perform desk research, conduct interviews, data analysis and trends;
  • Create societal impact through qualitative studies, sectoral or public policy strategy, policy recommendations, analysis of stakeholders and best foreign practices, cost-benefit analysis of policy choices and public policy normative document analysis;
  • Lead problem-solving sessions (both internal and external), suggest and justify problem-solving methods and solutions;
  • Participate in local and international tenders with high-quality proposals to build a portfolio of impactful projects in the public sector;
  • Synthesise your findings into reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Politics, Public Finance or a related subject;
  • 5+ years of working experience in a public sector organisation or with public sector clients and /or on projects related to public sector;
  • Previous experience in consulting would be an advantage;
  • Proven skills of managing projects of the public sector client;
  • Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills as well as project management tools and instruments;
  • Professional working proficiency of English language and you are ready to use it as your main working language, both verbal and written;
  • Proficient level of Uzbek and Russian language;
  • You are ready to reach for excellence and produce results that add value to the client and the society.
