Our client, the EU Authority for Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AMLA), aims to transform the anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism AML/CFT supervision across the EU and enhance cooperation among Financial Intelligence Units (FIUs).
The Authority is located in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Civitta in cooperation with SYNERGIE Personal Deutschland GmbH is providing temporary staffing services to the agency.
Recruitment Assistant
As a Recruitment Assistant at AMLA, you will provide administrative support to the HR team in managing a high volume of recruitment procedures. You will support the organisation and implementation of selection procedures and contribute to ensuring smooth and structured recruitment processes within the Authority.

You will

  • Support the selection process of AMLA staff (screening applications, organising written tests and interviews, preparing reports)
  • Provide administrative support to Selection Committees during all phases of selection procedures
  • Liaise with external proctoring providers to organise invigilated tests
  • Support the implementation of recruitment processes, including drafting offer letters and handling pre-employment medical examinations
  • Draft, publish and disseminate vacancy notices
  • Assist in the management of the recruitment plan and reserve lists

Requirements

  • University degree of at least 3 years of study
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in recruitment
  • Experience with structured recruitment procedures in EU or international organisations would be considered an asset
  • Good knowledge of Excel and confidence working with IT systems (ability to quickly learn recruitment tools)
  • Excellent command of English (B2 level or higher)
  • Strong organisational, communication, and teamwork skills

Benefits

  • Hourly salary: €22.95 (based on 145 working hours per month, the gross monthly salary would be €3,328)
