Take the step towards your journey with us and join us as a Senior Consultant for Private Sector Advisory in Finland.
This position is ideal for someone who already has some relevant experience from consulting, investment banking or business development and is looking for a faster career track and more responsibility than in a traditional consultancy. As a part of Civitta Finland, you will be a core member of our office, working in a young and dynamic team. You will work on diverse development projects helping our clients solve their most critical business problems.

You will:

  • Perform desk research, conduct interviews, analyse data;
  • Analyse our client’s business needs and design models to determine company growth opportunities and pricing strategies;
  • Participate in problem-solving sessions (both internal and external), suggest and justify problem-solving methods and solutions;
  • Synthesise your findings into reports;
  • Lead teams in delivery of selected project stages or small scale projects.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering, Economics or a related subject;
  • 2-3 years of working experience;
  • Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills;
  • You feel comfortable with English as your main working language, both verbal and written;
  • Fluent level of Finnish language;
  • You are ready to reach for excellence and produce results that add value to the business.
