Are you passionate about solving complex business challenges and driving impactful change? We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our advisory team, where you will have the opportunity to work across diverse sectors and practices.
This position is open across all Civitta locations: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Poland, Slovakia, Czechia, Ukraine, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Moldova, Kosovo, Serbia, North Macedonia, Armenia, Georgia, Portugal, Uzbekistan, Croatia and United States of America.

You will:

  • Lead collaborative teams in delivering high-impact solutions for clients in various domains, including strategy development, international expansion, mergers and acquisitions, and market research;
  • Build and nurture partnerships with public institutions, NGOs, and international organizations to drive community welfare initiatives and innovative policy solutions that enhance citizens’ lives;
  • Facilitate innovation by guiding governments, universities, and corporations in developing ecosystems that promote entrepreneurship, research commercialization, and sustainable growth for start-ups and SMEs;
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses, benchmark progress, and utilize your expertise to recommend best practices that foster social and economic development;
  • Mentor and lead junior consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality deliverables and professional growth within the team.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree and minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in consulting or a related field;
  • Ability to lead projects and teams effectively;
  • Fluent level of English language as well as fluent level of local language;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making;
  • Proven experience working with diverse client bases, from private sector businesses to public organizations and innovation-focused entities;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and drive collaboration;
  • A results-oriented mindset with a commitment to creating tangible outcomes for clients and communities;
  • Ability to work from office at least 3 days/week.
