Civitta continues to grow confidently and expand its capabilities in high-potential markets. We are excited to announce the acquisition of NPR (Nacionalinių Projektų Rengimas) — a well-established Lithuanian consulting company with a strong track record in securing EU funding for both private and public sector clients.
Founded in 2007, NPR (Nacionalinių Projektų Rengimas) has built a reputation as a reliable and experienced partner for businesses and institutions in the Lithuanian market, seeking to access EU support, prepare investment projects, and navigate complex regulatory requirements. NPR’s team brings comprehensive end-to-end services: from preparing EU fund applications and business plans to consulting during project implementation and administering funded projects until completion.
In total, 10 new colleagues are joining Civitta as part of this acquisition. We are also delighted to welcome three senior experts who will play a key role in further developing this service area:
Lina Švenčionienė
Eimantas Galkevičius
Nerijus Juškaitis
Their extensive experience will significantly strengthen Civitta’s ability to support organisations in securing funding, growing sustainably, and meeting evolving ESG and EU regulatory requirements.
This acquisition expands Civitta’s capabilities in the EU funding landscape, adding deep expertise in areas such as project documentation, feasibility studies, strategic planning, sustainability reporting, environmental impact assessments, and public-private partnership preparation.
“We are proud to welcome NPR’s talented team to Civitta. Their practical experience, technical knowledge, and trusted relationships in the Lithuanian funding market add tremendous value and further enrich our community of experts.”
