Civitta boosts EU funding expertise with acquisition of NPR
Civitta continues to grow confidently and expand its capabilities in high-potential markets. We are excited to announce the acquisition of NPR (Nacionalinių Projektų Rengimas) — a well-established Lithuanian consulting company with a strong track record in securing EU funding for both private and public sector clients.
About NPR
Founded in 2007, NPR (Nacionalinių Projektų Rengimas) has built a reputation as a reliable and experienced partner for businesses and institutions in the Lithuanian market, seeking to access EU support, prepare investment projects, and navigate complex regulatory requirements. NPR’s team brings comprehensive end-to-end services: from preparing EU fund applications and business plans to consulting during project implementation and administering funded projects until completion.
In total, 10 new colleagues are joining Civitta as part of this acquisition. We are also delighted to welcome three senior experts who will play a key role in further developing this service area:
