The Management of Civitta International would like to announce that as part of a broader restructuring of our Group, Mr. Meelis Niinepuu has decided to exit the shareholding of Civitta.
A founding Partner of the Estonian branch of the company, Mr. Niinepuu was one of the architects of the pan-Baltic alliance of consultancies – Civitta International – that has since grown into one of the leading consulting firms in the region. Mr. Niinepuu was instrumental in developing several of Civitta’s core areas of expertise, notably launching and expanding a highly successful technical assistance and temporary staffing business for EU agencies such as eu-LISA, European Labor Authority, European Medicines Agency, and others. Throughout his time with the company, Mr. Niinepuu was consistently one of Civitta’s most commercially successful Partners.
After this transaction, Civitta Holdings, which is owned primarily by active Partners in Civitta, will assume 100% ownership of Civitta International, in line with its strategy of consolidating its consulting and digital assets under the Civitta brand. Civitta will continue its regional growth, aiming to cement its position as the largest international consultancy and digital agency with its roots in Central and Eastern Europe – currently with over 700 employees and contractors in 22 countries.
