Civitta continues to grow confidently and expand its capabilities in high-potential markets. Today, we are excited to announce the merger of the Armenian company HackTech. With this move Civitta’s Armenian office became one of the three largest, counting around 80 employees.
HackTech is an IT company based in Yerevan, founded in 2015. Its specialists help businesses with digital transformation and the implementation of innovative solutions in AI, DevOps, IT consulting, and R&D. HackTech works with clients as a partner, supporting them at every stage of development and providing a full range of services.
“We continue to develop our international collaboration model with partners from various countries. The expansion of Civitta’s presence in Armenia underscores our commitment. We are excited to combine our knowledge, experience, and expertise with the professionals at HackTech, as this merger significantly strengthens our team, which now operates as a single, unified entity. This enables us to deliver even more high-quality solutions to our clients while remaining agile and responsive to the rapidly changing needs of the market”.

“I have known the Civitta team for six years already, and from the very beginning, there was a strong alignment in culture and values. Over the years, we built HackTech into a team of passionate engineers and innovators in Armenia, delivering for clients worldwide. Joining Civitta is a natural next step – it gives us a larger platform to scale our impact, while keeping our entrepreneurial spirit and close client relationships. I’m confident this merger will open new opportunities for our colleagues and allow us to bring even more value to clients across the US, Australia, and beyond.”
