Alina is passionate about supporting entrepreneurs and building impactful innovation programmes. As a Manager at Civitta Ukraine, she works at the intersection of innovation, entrepreneurship, and international cooperation. She specialises in EU-funded projects and grant fundraising, leading initiatives from concept to implementation. Her work focuses on developing and delivering programmes for startups and SMEs, as well as capacity-building initiatives for ecosystem players, while working closely with international partners, including within Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs. Alina combines a structured, hands-on approach with a strong focus on practical results, creating programmes that deliver real value for businesses and ecosystems.
