Nataliia is passionate about helping startups and SMEs turn ideas into impact. As a Project Manager at Civitta, she works at the intersection of innovation, policy, and market research, supporting ecosystems across Eastern Europe to become stronger and more resilient. Over the past four years, she has led ecosystem research, conducted feasibility studies, developed strategies and business concepts, launched startup and capacity-building programmes, and worked with grant funding attraction for transformative projects. Her work spans collaborations with private clients, government agencies, and international organisations such as the WHO, GIZ, EBRD, and European Commission. Nataliia combines analytical depth with a hands-on approach, creating strategies that not only read well on paper but also bring real, lasting change.
