Over the past few years, Rūta has been deeply embedded in the Middle East ecosystem, gaining first-hand insight into how the region is shaping the future of innovation and technology. As Associate Partner and Head of Civitta’s UAE office, she leads the firm’s regional growth and client engagements, bringing an impact-focused, pragmatic approach grounded in international experience and strong local presence.
