Rūta’s story with Civitta began in Lithuania as a Junior Analyst, where she quickly rose to the challenge and co-founded a consulting boutique. Over the past two years, Rūta immersed herself in the Middle East, where she saw firsthand how the region is driving the future of tech and innovation. Now, as an Associate Partner in the Private stream, she’s bringing her deep experience, energy and vision back to Civitta.
