Viktoriia is dedicated to strengthening communities, organizations, and individuals to turn ideas into sustainable impact in Ukraine. As a Manager at Civitta, she works at the intersection of research, entrepreneurship development, capacity building and mentorship, supporting initiatives in education, economic recovery, and civil society empowerment. Over the past years, she has worked on projects supported by USAID, GIZ, EstDev, Swedish Institute and others, leading research, developing analytical products, and implementing educational and mentorship programs. She combines analytical thinking with a practical, delivery-oriented approach, ensuring that ideas are translated into actionable solutions and measurable results. Viktoriia is motivated by enabling people and organizations to grow, collaborate effectively, and contribute to Ukraine’s recovery and long-term resilience.
