Yaroslav brings over 5 years of consulting and analytics experience. He’s led the development of key strategic documents, including the National Economic Strategy 2030, Cabinet of Ministers Program, the dossier for Ukraine’s bid to host EXPO 2030 in Odesa, and the Recovery and Development Strategy of Odesa region. Currently, he’s dedicated to building a regional development practice that partners with local municipalities for planning, projects, and capacity building.
