The client company is operating in the Healthcare industry, providing a wide range of products and services on the local market. This is a mid-size company (up to 200 employees), and the CFO will be responsible for managing the financial operations and setting up the financial department for the client company.

You will:

  • Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy and operational plans;
  • Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO/Board based on financial analysis and projections;
  • Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization;
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards;
  • Manage capital structure and fundraising efforts, including debt and equity financing;
  • Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial performance metrics;
  • Oversee financial risk management and reporting;
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives to identify their needs and seek a full range of business solutions;
  • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other third-party vendors;
  • Ensure the maintenance of appropriate financial systems and controls.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as CFO, VP of Finance, or similar executive role in a service company;
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods;
  • Ability to strategize and solve complex problems;
  • Strong leadership skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field;
  • MBA or Master’s degree in Finance is preferred.
