You will:

  • Monitor and analyze internal business operations to ensure consistent performance and identify potential issues before they escalate;
  • Collaborate with departments to assess ongoing projects, processes, and results, and suggest improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Conduct internal interviews, gather data from different teams, and assess operational workflows;
  • Research internal and external trends, including competitor performance and market developments, to provide insights for strategic planning;
  • Prepare concise and impactful internal reports, dashboards, and presentations to support leadership in decision-making;
  • Assist in organizing and facilitating internal feedback processes such as employee surveys, focus groups, and performance discussions;
  • Work closely with the project manager and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and implementation of improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;
  • Solid understanding of internal business processes, performance management, and financial principles;
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Lithuanian (verbal and written);
  • A proactive mindset with a drive to identify problems and propose effective solutions;
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative environment and adapting to shifting priorities;
  • Experience with internal reporting, business case preparation, and performance analysis is a plus;
  • Prior involvement in employee engagement activities, surveys, or internal process reviews is a bonus.
