You will:

  • Gather data, analyze them, and draw conclusions & recommendations based on the obtained information;
  • Participate in meetings, brainstorming sessions, interviews, and group discussions;
  • Prepare substantive, properly formatted, visually appealing documents;
  • Focus mostly on diversity and equality topics, but work on other public sector development projects as well;
  • Civitta keeps up with market needs, so you can also participate in the development of new services.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree, or at least Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience in conducting analyses;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Estonian and English language;
  • Familiarity with various quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis methodologies;
  • Systematic, analytical & solution-oriented mindset, ability to see both the details and the big picture;
  • Good communication, public speaking and relationship building skills;
  • Understanding of the principles of public sector operation;
  • Previous experience in the field of equality and diversity or a strong interest in this area is an asset.
