You will:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement consulting projects effectively;
  • Assist in preparing technical proposals to respond to Requests for Proposals and Expressions of Interest for public tenders;
  • Conduct industry, competitor, and client-related research to provide actionable insights;
  • Track donor-funded projects in Kosovo;
  • Develop training materials and presentations for clients;
  • Coordinate with other consultants to ensure project delivery within timelines and budgets;
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and address inquiries;
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, recommending improvements where needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as business, economics, finance, or social sciences (Master’s degree is a plus);
  • Proven experience in implementing projects;
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts;
  • Excellent organizational skills to track progress and manage multiple projects;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment;
  • Fluency in English and Romanian language;
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations;
  • Critical thinking skills to identify challenges and propose solutions;
  • Prior experience in a consulting company is considered a plus;
  • Self-motivation and commitment to exceeding expectations;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Monthly salary between 7000 RON gross/month and 9500 RON gross/month and final salary depends on experience of selected candidate.
