As a Consultant at the largest business consulting firm in the region, you have the opportunity to work in a private company while contributing to projects related to the development of the public sector – gathering data, analyzing it, and drawing conclusions and recommendations based on the information obtained. 
Meetings, brainstorming sessions, interviews, and group discussions are all natural parts of your daily work. Documents produced by you are substantive, properly formatted, visually appealing, and linguistically enjoyable to read. Civitta keeps up with market needs, so you can participate in the development of new services as well.

You will:

  • Gather and analyze data from the public sector;
  • Formulate recommendations based on analysis;
  • Participate in client meetings, brainstorming sessions, interviews, and group discussions;
  • Produce high-quality, visually appealing documents;
  • Contribute to the development of new consulting services.

Requirements:

  • Readiness for challenges and initiative-taking;
  • Systematic and analytical, solution-oriented mindset, can see both the details and the big picture;
  • Good communication, relationship building, and public speaking skills;
  • Familiarity with various quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis methodologies;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Armenian and English;
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree;
  • Will be a plus: previous work experience with or collaboration with the public sector, thus understanding the principles of public sector operation.
