You will:

  • Maintain and develop cloud infrastructure on GCP;
  • Set up and manage data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and storage;
  • Handle data orchestration and ensure smooth data operations;
  • Support data preparation and optimization for analysis and reporting;
  • Troubleshoot and optimize BigQuery queries and warehouse performance.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Google BigQuery (GBQ) and GCP services;
  • Hands-on expertise in data pipeline management, ETL processes, and data transformation;
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data modelling;
  • Familiarity with Fabric Fastblueprint (or similar architectures);
  • Experience with data orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow or Cloud Composer;
  • Ability to debug and optimize cloud infrastructure and performance issues;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently;
  • This role is ideal for professionals with a background in data engineering and cloud infrastructure, particularly in GCP/GBQ environments.
