As a Head of Operations for the region you will be responsible for management of the team of 4-6 people in local operations/finance departments who on a daily basis support our consulting teams with seamless operations/finance/legal services. The role reports directly to the Head of Administration of the group. We are a company that is growing dynamically, so we strongly value proactivity and leadership. The scope and geographical coverage of the region can change over time as company grows. 
This position is open in Poland (Warsaw) and Hungary (Budapest).

You will:

  • Overall country operations Management (together with your team being a go-to person to our employees and partners in resolving their day to day issues);
  • Administration (office spaces management, vendor management);
  • Legal (contracting with clients, staff, external individual experts and organizations; (external legal support is possible));
  • Finance (cash flow management, reporting in managerial accounting, payroll management, end year closing, ad-hoc financial assistance, control over the quality of monthly closing procedures (revenues, expenses, hours reporting));
  • HR (maintaining a smooth HR-related document flow in all the countries, management of benefits, vacations, employee events, etc);
  • Responsibility for employees engagement level in the region;
  • Budget ownership (being responsible for meeting operations/finance budget in the region, suggesting improvements and finding solutions for being more efficient in spending);
  • Coordination/assistance to central operations/finance departments on such topics as (recruitment, IT support, payroll, finance management);
  • Aligning and implementing all group international policies on the regional level;
  • Signature rights and bank payment approval in all legal entities in the region;
  • Proposing improvements in back office processes in the region or on the company level.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 year of professional experience in a relevant field- experience in finance, accounting, controlling and other similar fields (practical experience in HR/Legal/Admin functions will be a strong plus);
  • Excellent command of spoken & written English and Polish language;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and make rational decisions;
  • Analytical skills and attention to details;
  • Ability to adjust in a very dynamic, fast-changing business environment and interest in to work in an international environment.

The final monthly salary for this position ranges from 12.889 PLN gross/month to 18.413 PLN gross/month and depends on previous experience and assessment during interviews. We are open to discuss the type of employment with the selected candidate.
