You will:

  • Participate in internal problem-solving sessions, suggest and justify problem-solving methods and solutions;
  • Actively monitor stream performance in terms of sales, costs and productivity;
  • Research potential M&A companies, lead meetings and negotiations;
  • Run managerial meetings related to sales and operations, collect insights and provide recommendations;
  • Be involved in HR responsibilities like recruitment, staffing and participation in the performance management process;
  • Prepare materials for Board meetings;
  • Report only to Stream Managing Partner.

Requirements:

  • You have a minimum of two years experience in Management consulting, Finance or Investment banking. Other relevant experience will also be considered;
  • You have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance or a related subject;
  • You have strong analytical skills and the ability to run multiple assignments simultaneously;
  • You have developed advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills;
  • You feel comfortable with English as your main working language, both verbal and written;
  • Nice to have: experience with Managerial Accounting, Budgeting and CRM systems.
