As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring HR-related initiatives’ implementation, creating a positive work environment, supporting employee well-being, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

You will:

  • Employee Relations: Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, helping with onboarding and offboarding, addressing concerns, and fostering positive employee relations;
  • Staffing: Monitoring staffing, conducting international staffing meetings, incl. cross-team, cross-stream staffing and collaboration, resolving non-staffing;
  • Performance Management: Helping in the process of preparation for the Performance review cycle;
  • Training and Development: Identifying and implementing stream-related training needs & certifications, coordinating training programs (e.g. experience-sharing sessions, Public Stream university, etc.), and supporting employees in their professional development journeys;
  • HR budgets and metrics: Helping in controlling the stream HR budget, splitting the available budget between teams, and analysing HR metrics;
  • Slide & Presentation Preparation: Preparing slides for internal HR presentations and leadership meetings;
  • Other stream-related activities: Working on salary and benefits policy within the stream, stream social agenda, termination decisions and communicating terminations in the stream, etc.

Requirements:

  • At least to 1-2 years of relevant HR experience; 
  • English and Polish language at the advanced level (primary working language); 
  • Ukrainian language is an advantage;
  • Very good organisational skills and ability to manage administrative processes;
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;
  • Enjoy engaging with people;
  • Good at problem-solving and multitasking.

The final monthly salary for this position ranges from 7000 PLN gross/month to 10000 PLN gross/month and depends on your previous experience and assessment during interviews!
