Our client, the European Medicines Agency (EMA), is responsible for the scientific evaluation, supervision, and safety monitoring of medicines in the EU. EMA is based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Civitta, in cooperation with Driessen, provides Temporary Agency Workers to the Agency.


Human Resources Coordinator


In this role within the Staff Matters Service, you will support EMA’s HR strategic objectives, change management initiatives, and organizational projects. You will handle complex administrative and operational activities, ensuring high-quality delivery within the EU legal framework. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional capable of interpreting non-routine information and navigating a regulatory environment.

You will:

    • Support HR strategies and projects to help develop the EU Medicines Regulatory Network
    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on various HR-related matters
    • Maintain and update HR databases and records to ensure high data quality and compliance
    • Manage ad-hoc requests, including creating workflows, analyzing data, and reporting results
    • Oversee customer satisfaction by identifying, addressing, and communicating potential risks
    • Execute the operational side of HR initiatives and strategic development programs
    • Research and suggest new HR trends, innovations, and process improvements
    • Assist in launching IT tools designed to automate and streamline HR services
    • Coordinate with stakeholders to review and update HR policies and internal procedures

Requirements:

    • A university degree of at least 3 years of study, and appropriate professional experience of 6 years from the time when a post-secondary education diploma was awarded
      OR
    • Level of secondary education attested by a diploma giving access to post-secondary education, and appropriate professional experience of 9 years from the time when a secondary education diploma was awarded
    • Proven track record in managing complex administrative procedures and stakeholder management
    • Experience in an EU or national regulatory body or public administration is advantageous
    • Familiarity with SAP (HR modules) and Public Procurement in considered advantageous
    • Advanced proficiency in the MS Office suite
    • Excellent command of English (C1 level)

Benefits:

    • Full-time temporary contract from 16/05/2026 to 15/09/2026
    • Salary range: EUR 5,100–5,400 gross per month, depending on experience
    • 25 days of annual leave (based on a 40-hour week)
