The exact tasks you’ll take on will depend on the team you join and your background, making each intern’s experience unique and tailored to their strengths.

You will:

  • Collaborate with a talented team to deliver high-impact solutions for clients in both private and public sectors;
  • Engage with diverse organizations, including corporates and SMEs, public institutions, NGOs, and international organizations, through innovative initiatives and services;
  • Conduct market research and data analysis, gathering business insights, assessing market trends, and benchmarking industry performance;
  • Support project execution by assisting in problem-solving, preparing presentations, and contributing to strategic recommendations;
  • Gain hands-on experience in consulting by participating in client meetings, supporting internal discussions, and helping drive meaningful change.

Requirements:

  • You are a top-performing recent graduate or final-year student in Business Management, Economics, Politics, Finance or a related subject;
  • You have developed advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills;
  • You feel comfortable with English as your main working language, both verbal and written;
  • You are ready to reach for excellence and produce results that add value to the business;
  • You are fluent in Estonian language.
