Civitta is providing external assistance services to the EU Agency, and we are at this moment selecting candidates for the following position:
Junior Administrative Assistant in Athens
About the role
Join a dynamic and international team of 8 administrative professionals forming ENISA’s Secretariat, where you’ll play a vital role in supporting various units of the Agency and their projects. You’ll collaborate closely with ENISA’s experts, stakeholders, and EU officials, contributing to a wide range of activities and initiatives.

You will:

  • Provide secretarial day-to-day support: Maintain calendars, handle correspondence, assist various ENISA teams with administrative tasks.
  • Assisting in project management: Manage the workflow, including document flows, and assist in the planning, execution, and closures of assigned projects as well as in providing administrative support concerning payments and other administrative tasks.
  • Assisting in the organisation of events/workshops/meetings: Contribute to the organization of and service events, workshops and meetings. This entails the preparation of invitations, taking minutes and contributing to preparation or collection of reports.
  • Manage online databases and digital EU tools and applications : Update and monitor work processes using databases, ensuring accurate follow-ups.
  • Manage documents: Register and file documents (electronically), and manage incoming and outgoing formal correspondence.

Education and experience

  • Post-secondary diploma or secondary diploma with 3 years of relevant experience.
  • At least two years of proven experience in assistant work, communications, project management or event management. Previous experience in public administration, EU institutions or international organizations  would be a strong asset.
  • Excellent level of English (both spoken and written).
  • Advanced IT skills.
  • Very good drafting skills in English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A can-do attitude.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work efficiently and independently under pressure.
