HOW ABOUT CREATING A CYBER-SAFE EUROPE TOGETHER?
We are looking for talented professionals to join the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA). ENISA is headquartered in Athens, Greece, and plays a crucial role in strengthening Europe’s cyber resilience. Civitta is proud to support ENISA by providing external assistance services, and we are currently selecting candidates for a new junior administrative assistant position within the agency. 
About the role
Join a dynamic and international team at ENISA, where you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of ENISA’s daily activities, helping cybersecurity experts focus on protecting Europe’s digital landscape. You will work closely with ENISA’s experts, stakeholders, and EU officials, contributing to a wide range of activities and initiatives.

You will:

  • Provide essential administrative support to multiple ENISA teams, ensuring efficiency and seamless operations.
  • Take a key role in organizing high-profile events, workshops, and meetings that bring together cybersecurity experts from across the EU. This includes preparing invitations, taking minutes, and contributing to the preparation or collection of reports.
  • Manage documentation and correspondence by registering and filing documents electronically and handling incoming and outgoing formal correspondence.

Education and experience

  • Education – Post-secondary diploma or secondary diploma with 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience – At least three years of proven experience in assistant work, communications, project management or event management. Previous experience in public administration, EU institutions, or international organizations is a strong asset.
  • Skills – Excellent level of English (both spoken and written), strong MS Office and Microsoft Teams proficiency, excellent drafting and organisational skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to work efficiently and independently under pressure.
