You will:

  • Gather and analyze data from the public sector;
  • Formulate recommendations based on analysis;
  • Participate in client meetings, brainstorming sessions, interviews, and group discussions;
  • Produce high-quality, visually appealing documents;
  • Prepare and present detailed reports, proposals, and presentations that communicate complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Contribute to business development activities, including proposal writing and the cultivation of new client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Higher degree in Economics, Public Administration, Political Science, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Understanding of the Ukrainian public sector.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the confidence to engage effectively with all levels of leadership and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software.
  • Both good spoken and written English and Ukrainian language.
