Are you passionate about solving complex business challenges and driving impactful change? We are seeking a motivated Junior Consultant to join our advisory team, where you will have the opportunity to work across diverse sectors in private, public, and innovation streams.
This position is open across all Civitta locations: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Poland, Slovakia, Czechia, Ukraine, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Moldova, Kosovo, Serbia, North Macedonia, Armenia, Georgia, Portugal, Uzbekistan.

You will:

  • Work with a multidisciplinary team to support the delivery of impactful solutions for clients across sectors such as strategy development, market research, international growth, and mergers and acquisitions;
  • Assist in partnering with public institutions, NGOs, and international organizations to contribute to policy initiatives and digital services that enhance citizen well-being and promote inclusive development;
  • Help to foster innovation by supporting the creation and strengthening of ecosystems that enable entrepreneurship, research commercialization, and sustainable growth—particularly for start-ups and SMEs.

Requirements:

  • Ongoing studies towards Bachelor or Master degree in relevant field;
  • Fluent level of English language as well as fluent level of local language;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for data-driven decision making;
  • Experience or interest in working with diverse client bases, from private sector businesses to public organizations and innovation-focused entities;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and drive collaboration;
  • A results-oriented mindset with a commitment to creating tangible outcomes for clients and communities;
  • Ability to work from office at least 3 days/week.
